Always great service, I recommend that you know the part you're looking for, and are familiar with the car you're working on. They regularly source parts for me at or near online prices, and without the need to ship or clear customs, or deal with multiple sources.
It's a tough business to be in these days! Remember that they need to make a profit too. If you take a lot of their time up, they need to get that money back.. don't expect great prices if you are a PITA.
