To my understanding, finding a good tenant for your property is one true KEY in Canada. A troublesome tenant can bring you nightmares. Thus Sherry helped me a lot on the tenant filtering end, all tenants found are very good so far. Sherry’s experience and expertise is something you can truly rely on! RECOMMENDED!
