I'm a loyal customer with Starbucks. I choose Starbucks for the awesome flavors they come up with and the outstanding customer service. It's a workplace where you see all employees happy to serve the public. Unfortunately, today when I came in at the Marine Gateway location I experienced the worst service ever at Starbucks. The barista name SAM was not pleasant at all. She didn't acknowledge me or the other customers not call out who's drink is ready. This is the only staff I've ever encountered that didn't even say thank you but instead rolled her eyes after she gave my beverage. I hope the management will take action to this matter. I'm my opinion SAM should be stationed in the backroom where no one can see her. I feel that it's not fair for the other employees who work hard in making sure of customer satisfaction. It's disappointing to walk in expecting the awesome service I always get and have one employee ruin the vibe. Thank you for your time😊

The lady behind the counter forgot one of our drinks, Dan and Rory behind the counter to the rescue. What great service, super friendly even during a big rush of orders. Thanks guys .
