(December 11, 2021, 3:29 am)Nakashima judo club is awesome.. good way to keep the weight off haha. The instructiors are all very experienced black belts. Lots of technical teaching. I love the cardio part of the sessions. I have an orange belt. Very handy location Renfrew Community Center Renfrew St and 22 Ave ( basement )

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm Fridays at 6:00 pm. Need more students it would be nice to see you there thank you

(November 26, 2021, 11:32 pm)The club operate at Renfrew Community Center. The dedicated Judo room has a spring floor with quality Judo mats. The sensei and club members are friendly and welcoming. They practice with great care of each other. All ages are welcome to the club and the sport.
