Dealing with Holly, the current bank manager has been excellent. For all my concerns she has dealt with me directly and promptly. Recently my Canada Revenue Agency account was hacked and my banking information was changed by the hacker. Holly strongly advised me to close my a account and reopen a new one. I was out of town at the time and was unable to physically attend the branch. Holly Holly set everything up for me to open a new account remotely. Holly is a blessing for BMO and would not chanch branches for the world!

Great Staff, polite, looked after my investments. If you want someone to look after your $$ ask for Shelley Day at Terminal Park Branch.
