(December 15, 2020, 11:57 pm)The last of the chain bookstores in my area. Chapters has evolved into a book/gift store pretty successfully. People working there are adequate retail types. Fairly decent selection of books, excellent selection of magazines.

(August 28, 2020, 2:23 am)My experience was great! Terrific convo with the manager. Tall, young, from Toronto. Sounds like he has made this job a career. Excellent personality. I should have asked his name so that I could credit him. We talked about how rude the general public can be!! No kidding. But a huge pet peeve of mine. Nice human being. I was making the comments about the public. This employee (I think mgr!! - he should be!! late 20's or early 30's) listened and was friendly and helpful!!
