I did a test drive in my home country and ordered online through their website. Justin has made the whole process is clear and smooth. Thanks to Elisabeth, the after sales service is equally exceptionally. She is responsive and always cheerful.
They are friendly and I am no longer hesitant to ask them any, maybe trivial, questions.
I can't think of any improvements can be made with Toyota built quality cars and excellent staff.

Very hands-off testing experience, which I appreciate. Did the drive, spoke about various options for vehicle, said our goodbyes, followed up at a later time. Low pressure. Had some interesting conversation with Jeffery on the day. Although I wasn’t able to obtain what I wanted for my trade in, they were very willing to listen and offer help wherever possible. They followed up with my requests in a very timely manner.

Its a shame that Toyota Canada can’t do lower than 3.99% financing on new vehicles. Had to organize a different lending with my bank on short notice. That was my only sticking point of the purchase experience.
