If the agent told me they were too busy then fine. Instead they wasted a considerable amount of my time making an application that they wouldn’t even respond to.

Edit*** got response right away after going to branch. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately, underwriter would not insure my property due to fixer upper status. Not these folks fault however. Branch staff are great. Online response and unseen underwriter the problem. -
