Whalley Works was contracted to build a deck for us.
With all the issues that arose, not due to Whalley Works or their associates, they always pulled through.
The bottom line is that we are extremely satisfied with the final product.
Drew made sure that we were happy with the deck, and went out of his way to make it so. Well beyond his original mandate.
We are so pleased with the work that Drew has done, that we have given him permission to publish the project on his website, and to use us as a reference.
Would be nice if all trades people would have the same work ethics and detail to a quality job.

If you see any references on trustedpros.ca to other trades with 5 Stars, be extremely apprehensive, many of the trades that we encountered at best were 1 Star.
Whalley Works is one of the very few that we have encountered to date that deserves 5 Stars.

Drew replaced an old 2nd story deck and did an excellent job. On time and on budget - communication was very good from the initial quote to start date to job completion within the allotted time estimate. Very happy with the quality of the finished deck.
