Aug2/2019 The marsh is wilderness,it’s accessible by trails that run via the 707 Community Park. When you enter the marsh from Stanley stay to your right,a trail to the far side will get close enough to get a descent pic.You can access 707 park from many entrances.I came into the park on a ebike from the South Road approximately 5 km from the Co-Op Gas.Taking Dicks Swamp Trail / Mainline Trail. The trails are formally a old logging roads, very good travelling all the way to the marsh. Well marked with names and number locations.I used a GPS with chart plotter. Many trails chris-cross,that sort of reminded me of a maze. After my visit at the marsh I took a circuitous route back to town that in the end looked like large circle on the chart plotter. Travel with the ebike was good the whole way. Stay safe have fun.

google maps took me to an entrance of the park that is not well mapped! i would recommend you drive to the end of Aidan Rd, where there are signs and some places for parking. from there you can take a trail to the left (for myself, the trail went right into the marsh so i turned around) or you can take a trail to the right by a white gate. following this trail, it can take you to the lake and to a few other routes as well.

the one downside, lack of signs/maps about where to go. i was never too certain whether i was on the trail, or someone’s backyard.
