Their reply well depends on your foundation and this and that... Really!
You would know the cost of that size with the foundation type ( only 2!) so how could you not know the standard cost for foundation type with out extras or changes. You say what is included and what’s not on your site and you can’t come up with even a rough cost on a certain home???? -

Great home ...new appliances.....great service and response time for minor issues.
Only thing we added was stand up washer and dryer and upright freezer in laundry room...with a few inches to spare.
We also added awnings from Costco over the main and rear entry door......as well as adding 2 x66 foot seamless eavestrough down both sides of the unit.
