Warren made the process of getting a custom piece of furniture designed and built a lot of fun! He is very easy to talk to and makes things easy to understand. The end result is a beautiful piece of fine furniture made with local materials by a local! Great experience!

I don't know where to start! Warren at West Coast Modern Designs is a master of his craft. I approached him with a rough idea of what I wanted and he took the time to meet with me and discuss my options. I appreciate how Warren considers both aesthetics and function when it comes to the design and once I was happy with the plan, he executed it perfectly. The quality and finish of his work is top notch, and I'll be sure to reach out if I need more work done. FYI - Warren helped create some custom storage in my converted Ford Transit cargo van (shelving, drawers) as well as new faces and a clever fold-out table.

Warren created a large yellow cedar picnic table with a salt water finish, maple mantle, maple door number sign, and an oak floating bench for us over the last several years. The mantle and door number sign were from a maple tree that was cut down on our property, milled by Warren, and handcrafted. Excellent work. Attention to detail. Have recommended him to several friends who he's done work for as well. If you are looking for great custom work at a reasonable price I absolutely encourage you to contact West Coast Modern Design.

Warren has created everything in our house that’s cool! He designed and constructed all our cabinetry, metal work, an art piece and some small furniture. His attention to detail, communication and commitment to balancing design and function is the best. We’re so happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone!

Warren is a master craftsman and an absolute pleasure to work with. Warren created beautiful custom built ins and storage in my home many years after the house was build. Not only did it fit perfectly, he designed it to suit the style and feel of my home and my preferences. Some of the pieces including my vanity "rebuild" are more like an original custom piece of furniture. Warren also did a facelift on my apartment and totally transformed the look and feel. It went from drab to modern, warm and stylish. It is way more beautiful than I could have imagined. He has a great eye for what will work in your space. Thank you Warren.
