We just purchased our first hot tub from them and they made the purchasing experience so easy! We live out of town and even then it was a very easy transaction without having to be there. The hot tub was delivered and set in place, there were a few hiccups out of their control which they made the trip back very quickly to fix. We were made a priority. Excellent customer service all around, everyone is so friendly . We highly recommend buying from them, we received the same recommendation from a friend who bought from them as well and we are so glad we did! Thanks again :)

We purchased a second hand hot tub at a great price. Delivery was quick & easy, staff were friendly & informative. Small issue with the thermostat upon set up, they took the time after hours to fit us in & fixed the problem right away. Extremely happy with Paramount, they have earned my loyalty. I just went to Paramount Recreation to pick up a lid lift for our hot tub, and the guy I worked with there was great! He went out of his way to give me a hand explaining my options for the lid lift and the showed me how one worked he had on the floor. He even went as far as checking the box I purchased To be sure all parts and pieces were there and accounted for. He also gave my children a couple rubber ducks for the hot tub, it was really a nice experience. Thank you!
