(October 28, 2022, 3:53 pm)Best part of Staples is their copy area of copy machines, fax machine and computer that gives you access to download a file or picture from your external thumb driver or cell phone and print or send. It's quite convenient. The fax machine is cheaply priced to use.

(October 14, 2022, 1:31 pm)Had gone to Best Buy and nobody would assist me. Left to go to Staples, gave them a call to see if they had what I needed. Barry answered and was super kind in advising me they had it in stock. When I got there I could only see Barry working - he was busy with clients but acknowledged us. When I got to the counter with the card for my item, he had it in the drawer ready to go for me. Amazing customer service, shoutout to Barry.

Managed to juggle helping five of us with the printers, as well as processing purolator services at the same time. Your kindness and patience was so appreciated today!
