(February 13, 2020, 5:17 pm)Staff were good but the place is very hard to find. It is tucked away at the back of the complex and is poorly signed. Loading is done outdoors so I wouldn't plan to pick up a big order on a rainy day.

We had a heck of a time finding the place (it's at the very back of the lot on the left hand side). Look for the red banners instead of trying to find any Ikea brand colours like I did.
Once we found the loading dock, the warehouse guys bent over backwards to see if we needed help loading up or purchases. All in all, it wasn't a huge deal, but it was somewhat frustrating. Could be I'm just not very observant (or not very clever), and you can find it without any problems.
