Surprisingly very honest and upfront about stain removal. They did not promise to remove stains however did their best to do so. Surprisingly all the stains came out. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Friendly cleaning professional and gave advice/supplies for putting my furniture back if the carpet is still a little damp. Even brought the blue booties so I wasn't totally cornered in the kitchen. :) Thanks for working in tough times.

Very friendly and did an amazing job. Our white carpets had coffee stains and red eye shadow crushed into the carpet and they look like brand new. Would definitely book again!

Van Isle was great! I bought a house that was grimy when I opened the door. Van Isle squeezed me in and came the next day, which was important because the furniture was coming in less than a week. The tired, old carpets looked like a million bucks when they left, even the obviously old pet stains and dirt on the stairwells came out.
They were careful with the tile and wood floors inside the front door, used protectors around the corners so the drywall didn’t get scraped and were done in about an hour. AND all at a great price and with a smile.

Van-Isle Carpet Cleaning just finished cleaning our carpets and did an amazing job! We have "white" carpets, that are usually filthy, and I thought for certain they were never going to come clean.
