Total Restoration Services

Total Restoration supported our fundraiser with a generous sponsorship to assist local children facing illness, disability or traumatic crisis. Extremely generous for a local company to take on a leadership role in our community. On behalf of the Little Hearts in Our Community, thank you for your support!!!

Our experience with Total Restoration was very pleasing. All our questions and concerns were delt with in a relaxed, professional manner as were the repairs to our home. We've used Total Restoration to handle two insurance jobs. I couldn't recommend them more! The entire crew was courteous, thoughtful, professional, and their work was top notch. As Project Manager, Matt communicated clearly and quickly, responding immediately to any issues that arose (as they do in any project). We were equally happy with all sub-contractors and specialists they recommended. We had a complicated, messy job, and Total managed the entire process with good humour and care.

We were particularly impressed by Charly, their Kitchen Whisperer. He made thoughtful and creative design recommendations, and his finishing work was excellent.

Over the years I've worked with a lot of tradespeople, so I was happy to find that Conan and Matt have attracted an outstanding group of professionals who are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Fantastic response and customer support. When I called late at night asking for advise on a washing machine flood, they provided a reasonable plan of action with an assessment early in the morning. Within hours of having the assessment done, they were mitigating any further problems while being friendly and positive. Thanks for your great service!
