Historic O'Keefe Ranch

A wonderful heritage side. Very friendly staff. Had a nice talk with the laundry woman. Can't say anything about the restaurant because it was closed on that day.

Fun for families, chance to learn about Vernon and the area. A step back in time. Grandparents loved seeing all the toys, tools and stuff they grew up with. Small petting zoo for kids and special activities taking place. a good afternoon.

Better than I expected, lots of well presented history. Our tour guide told the story of the ranch well. The general store and the O'Keefe mansion had a lot to see. Worth a visit.

Highly recommend a stop here. Awesome spot for a bit of history, fun with animals and some really cool re-creations of pioneer type buildings. Very well maintained and something for everyone. We loved the farm animals and the old general store. We stayed 2 hours and could have stayed longer.

We were a bit hesitant about the ranch being touristy but it was far from that. The staff are incredible, the grounds so well cared for and it was educational for the kids. Wins all around! We had the buffet brunch and it was delicious and home cooked with a large variety of choices. Highly recommend a stop here!
