(March 16, 2019, 3:58 am)Best value of any gym in vernon, they offer good deals for students during the summer. And are always very customer oriented when dealing with the staff. The gym is clean and the equipment top of the line. (3+ squat racks and benches). Only downside is they sometimes mop during the day which can be annoying.

The 4 stars is because - their website. It is very disappointing. It used to be decent, now it looks really amateurish and poorly laid out. They are using Wix and for business websites, that is a mistake. They need a professional website because the current Wix one makes them look really cheap and that reflects on the actual business as Gym.
They also don't have their new hours on the website, which they desperately need, so I have no idea why they changed the website to be so bad. -
