Applause for customer service at Genier’s Appliances:
During a major home renovation completed in the spring of 2017, we updated all of our kitchen appliances through Genier’s, including a gas/electric downdraft range, steam oven, fridge, dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as a stackable washer and dryer. The purchase process, installation and functioning of these items was smooth sailing except for one. After many months of trying to use the downdraft range effectively we returned to Casey, our sales person, and explained what we considered unacceptable functioning of the venting feature. With the prompt and sincere help of Barb in the service department, our concerns were investigated, solutions attempted, and ultimately Jenn-Air reimbursed the cost of the range so that we could replace it with something to our liking. This occurred because of the behind-the-scenes persistence and commitment provided by our two frontline contacts, Barb and Casey. We are grateful for their sharing of knowledge about how to proceed with our concerns, and for their professional and cheerful approach to dealing with this situation. Thanks to Jenn-Air for standing behind their warranty claims, and many, many thanks to Casey and Barb and all of the Genier’s team who responded to our needs and ensured customer satisfaction!
