Unfortunately for people like me who avoid sugar, virtually every dish, from plain rice to egg sushi, to most of the sauces, to tofu is actually soaking in liquid sugar. My wife and friends like it, and there are good size portions, but it is actually really unhealthy from that perspective.

I felt ill from it both times I ate there. Sugar is a huge contributor to cancer. It's time to stop pretending, folks.
