just went in for an oil change, came out with a comp wash and they are very dog friendly... paid the same as any quicky type lube

In Dec. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Sequoia through Marty Taylor at Vernon Toyota. Marty was wonderful to deal with. I am from Kelowna however, because of my experience with the Vernon dealership, I will be travelling to Vernon for my services on my vehicle. I am so impressed with Marty's service; complete opposite to sales dept at Kelowna Toyota!!! Very glad I met Marty. He even send me a text this week inquiring how my Sequoia is working out for me - fantastic service!! I have been recommending him to everybody!!!

First time customer, and overall very satisfied. They mounted the winter tires I supplied not on rims. I asked for a wheel alignment also, and they fully explained the costs up front. They called me back and explained in order to do my alignment they needed some extra time and a caster camber kit as my car had been in an accident in the past. The bill came to double what was quoted but I am ten times happier on the way it drives now. Easy 5 star for me

My wife and I are very happy with our purchase from Vernon Toyota! It was nice dealing with Tyler and Art and the rest of the staff. Clean well maintained vehicle as advertised. They were very helpful...found answers for all questions we had. Great experience overall!! I would not hesitate recommending them to friends or family.
