La Villa Motel

Excellent location, right across from the dog beach. Beautiful landscaping; lake and mountain views, walking distance to restaurants, liquor and convenience stores. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Owner Bob is friendly and approachable.

We have been staying at La Villa motel in Okanagan Falls since September while waiting for our new home which will be finished mid January. We love it here, it is right across the street from skaha lake beautiful sandy beach and the KVR walking trail, the hotel is old but freshly painted inside, the owner is very nice and helpful. We can recommend this motel to anyone wanting a secure, friendly, close to beach, walking, biking boating, shopping and wine country.

My family had a great vacation with Bob.Wonderful location and very good service.
My daughters became a wake border and cliff diver???? because of Bob.
Bob is a really nice guy and wonderful artist. Bob, We miss you a lot and we will visit again soon.
