This was my first appointment, and I was very impressed. The office is very clean and modern, and the staff are professional while also friendly. Alison did my pre-exam x-rays and photos, and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Bartsch also had me feel welcome, and he was very thorough in finding out what my dental goals were. He took the time to explain the results of my x-rays and photos, and left me feeling valued as a patient. Overall, this was a positive experience, and i am looking forward to my next appointment.
🏴 Flag as inappropriateAs always, friendly and accomodating. Nice to go in for a cap and 2 hrs later be completely done no second trip to get permanent cap. Interesting to watch it being milled from the porcelain cube into the exact replica of the original tooth. Always concerned about ones comfort.
