Best Western Inn at Penticton

Wow! Absolutely outstanding service by the front desk clerks! They provided me with maps of Penticton, offered personal suggestions of places to visit and eat. They even called my room shortly after check-in to see if there was anything additional that we required! Very clean and comfortable room! Had a great sleep on the bed! Would recommend a visit!

The hot tub wasn’t hot and it is in a sore rate place do you need to walk outside to get to the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was fantastic. A lot of variety and nice setting. The room had a microwave and small fridge.

Our stay in Best Western Inn at Penticton was one of the best experience we had in long time. Staff is really friendly, room was great. As we are clean freaks we usually are not easily satisfied with cleanliness of rooms but room in this hotel was spotless. Thay have so many options in breakfast. At end I will suggest if you are visiting Penticton this is by far the best hotel to stay in. You get more then your money's worth.

Excellent location, with outstanding employee assistance. Arrived early with a need for ground floor room due to foot issues and even though it took some juggling the front office staff was able to accommodate us. We were checked in quickly and at a reasonable rate. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. Equipped as a room should be with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessities.
