Service was superlative at End of The Roll. Tony is very well versed in the carpet selection. The carpet layers were very busy doeng my new home & stayed well over the end od the day for them as I had movers scheduled for 0800 the next day. Ver grateful that they stayed and finished the job after regular hours.. New carpet looks great

We recently purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile and an area rug from End of Roll in Penticton. We were extremely pleased with the quality of service we received during our buying experience from Tony, the sales consultant. His knowledge of the products and his recommendations on installers for the products made our home renovation go smoother for us.
We hired the tile layer ourselves and Ryan did the floor installation. We found the work quality of both installers to be exceptional.
We will definitely recommend End of Roll and will shop there again.

Not only did this company provided excellent service but their quote was the lowest I received. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Josh, the salesperson made no attempt to up-sell me and recommended a laminate that was well within my plan. Ryan who installed the flooring was prompt, efficient and personable. He removed the old flooring and tidied up after himself, Both of the individuals I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend End of the Roll.
