I purchased a Serta mattress/box spring for my parents long distance and could tell I was in good hands. He was patient as I had to call my parents several times before making the purchase. Furthermore, he helped sort out the exact level of firmness, which was no easy task. Delivery & set up went smoothly. I would recommend to other consumers to check out Hometown Furniture.
