Randy, the Sales Manager was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. He continually monitored the entire process and was very cordial, making the you feel very welcome. He also ensured that a qualified individual walked me through the check list. Melinda, the Service Manager was also very helpful, ensuring I received my vehicle on schedule and that everything was working properly. A great experience and would certainly recommend Penticton Kia to anyone!
