Resolve Physiotherapy

I had a really positive experience working with Josh and his team at Resolve. His in person assessment was incredibly thorough and he even requested some video of my movements in the gym to dial in his assessment. He communicated every issue or concern he had well, and it was very clear what I needed to work on and how I would do that with the proper exercises. As someone with an athletic background and being somewhat addicted to my workouts, it was great to hear that with a few modifications I could continue to be active.

I really appreciated his ability to perform manual therapy and IMS. I know every situation will be different, but I can confidently say he helped reduce my pain during my first visit. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgable and up to date physiotherapist.

He has us record him doing the exercises with a phone, so we have a visual to work from at home, which helps a TON with kids! AND he does IMS and it has made SUCH a difference to us.
