Hes so knowledgeable and polite, respectful and understanding and didnt get irritated when having to explain things to me more than once . I have to say that Luke is a very valuable asset to your company. But I cant leave Bill out who has been exceptionally helpful to me in the past . A big name store with some small town virtues.
