Best fermented foods ever! Try the Curtido or their remarkably authentic Sambal and grab a jar of pickles while you're at it.

Seed to Culture has effectively raised the bar for all foods fermented. The fine attention to detail and appreciation for how flavours combine with the zesty tang of fermentation cannot be found anywhere else. I highly recommend any of their products, my favourite is any of the many flavours of sauerkraut.

Amazing place for local produce, meats, fermented and pickled goods and kombucha on tap! Great local owners. A great seed library, homemade granola and salves and tinctures.
