James the owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I thought my laptop had melted down and he came in to on a holiday Monday to help. It turned out I was having a simple battery charging issue but he was incredibly nice and patient about it, and then gave me some valuable advice about how to organize my small company's email system to improve performance.
