The highlights for me were . . .
1. Very hot oil slowly poured onto your body and then massaged into your skin, hydrating and loosening your tension. Moving from one area to the next - forehead and collar bone areas stood out as exceptional
2. The steam experience in the cabinet was incredibly detoxifying and next level calming. The dried flowers and herbs incorporate into the steam and envelope your body with natural therapeutic joy.
3. Dry brushing and exfoliating is way better than I expected after steaming and oiling the skin! It wakes everything back up and prepares you to get back out into the world with pep in your step!
Definitely will do this experience again!
The only piece we were disappointed in is that when we arrived we did not get setup with robes or a locker in the health club. -

(August 7, 2019, 2:09 am)I had a wonderful experience here. Booked a 60 min Deep Tissue and Muscle Release massage and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Brenda is amazing! It was the perfect end to my rest day after multiple days of biking. I highly suggest coming here.
