The hood of our Murano started smoking as we were taking the ferry over from Saltary bay. I called around and Patty was very helpful in providing some instructions over the phone. We unfortunately were overheating so had to get a tow with BCAA to his shop. I was nervous pulling up as it is a repair shop in a barn in a more residential part of Sechelt.
After a diagnostic, it was discovered that our radiator had a big crack in the top and would need replacing. Paddy was great at updating us on getting the part and working with our timelines as we were only in town for a couple of days.
Our vehicle has worked great since we had the repair done.
Thank you so much Patty. Really appreciate your help as we were in a tricky situation away on holiday and needing to get back to the Comox valley in timely manner.
I would very much recommend locals and anyone with car issues in Sechelt to his services.
