Heather has the perfect combination of skill and compassion. She totally re-educated me relating to movement, range and techniques enabling me to move forward out of pain and into stability and strength. Her sense of humour and genuine interest in her field make her a pleasure to be with.

I enjoy being apart of Heathers on line interactive classes very much. It feels social (we have a few giggles) welcoming and we are a group of people who are receiving significant personal instruction and feedback. I have learned a lot and I especially like not having to drive to a studio in the rain or snow.

Heather is an amazing instructor. She is patient and knowledgeable and has a graduated way of teaching movements.

Beginner’s stretches and movements are modified to deepens one’s range of movement.

I love her practical tips of how to practice while engaged in other activities.

Heather is thoughtful, grounded, and knowledgeable. She really takes pride in making sure we do the exercises with proper form and goes to great lengths to make sure we understand.
