Fraserway RV - Kamloops

trailer was broken into....general manager was so rude....said too bad so sad....terrible person please please please do not buy a trailer there....it was in their compound he said ....if if was in a walmart parking lot would u sue walmart....this guy is a piece of work seriously ....horrible customer service he is trying to intimidate people...wouldnt even let me turn on the lights to see what damage was done...and then said ya someone slept in here...

We recently purchased a new 2021 travel trailer this summer and had a very good experience with Ryan in sales while purchasing the trailer. After the purchase we have had a few things fixed on the trailer for warranty, even though there has been a few hiccups with these repairs / fixes (factory problems), I wouldn't blame these fully on the dealership / service department. Every time we have had an issue with a warranty item or repair Holly has been able to rectify the problem immediately and had been fantastic to deal with. I have read a few negative reviews on here but that has not been my experience with this dealership.

Fancy trailers there I seen many workers working hard.
