Mitch from Ashton Mechanical (Kamloops) install an external gas line for our new gas fire pit. He was right on time, advised us exactly what we needed to do and made a second trip back to do the final hook up once the pit/patio was completed.
We also discussed an ongoing "dust" issue in our newly built home. He came with suggestions and showed what was causing the issue and provided excellent/practical solutions.
Absolutely amazing service and quality and personality. We dealt with Ashton Group on the coast and were so excited to receive the same great service in the Shuswap.

I responded to an ad and was responded to the same day. Got booked in within a couple of days for an AC service. Mitch was awesome he answered all my questions and explained a bunch of things. Did a great service on my condensation pump as it was completely clogged. He took the time to explain how everything worked so I know what to watch for as our unit is pretty old. Mitch arrived when he said he would and got right to work. He made sure materials and supplies were not in the way, kept the work area clear, and laid down drop sheets to keep the entrance and other areas used clean. The installation was done well, done right, and any questions were answered. After the isnt he explained thoroughly what I needed to do to apply for the Fortis rebate I was entitled too. Very satisfied with the work done and the professionalism show.
