We walked in, late afternoon, with no appointment, to register 2 new offroad motorcycles. The agent handled everything quickly and efficiently with no complaints about us coming in near closing time. The parking lot is a bit tricky to get around it (it's quite tight and busy, especially if you have a larger vehicle) but not horrible. We appreciated the quick service and no-pressure (to buy optional insurance) agent.

plate changeover was done quickly but was not impressed with communication. they seem to have a rote on their spiel and can't just answer a question without doing it "their way" . Didn't need the whole policy gone through AGAIN - just a couple of points cleared up but was not able to do so without being told they would go thru it point by point whether I needed that done or not. Not my go to agency so moot anyway

Shaundra was fast, friendly, and professional. Made getting insurance enjoyable. Will definitely be back
