I had an issue with some lumber ordered for a deck. Tony the manager/owner was excellent in dealing with the problem- l am now a very happy customer. I would recommend this company to anyone and will return to the store in future for sure - Tony and his staff deserve 5 stars.

Needed some supplies recently and because of Covid didn't want to hit the bigger stores for a very long wait, decided to hit Mara & I'm so glad I did. I was looking around dazed for a few mins as I'm not used to the store and Michael (store employee) spotted me and asked if I needed help. He was the most helpful employee I've come across in a long time. I was in and out of the store in record time. So appreciative of his willingness to help with a great attitude. Thank you! - I will head to this location more often now.

Every piece of lumber I just bought is almost a half inch too long. Staff is always helpful though.

Was at one of the larger big depot type of hardware stores and ended up not buying a thing as a result of the poor service and lumber selection.

Fast forward to this morning and I am lucky enough to be served by Dave at the customer service desk. The friendly, knowledgeable Dave answered all my questions, gave me suggestions and recommendations as well as reminding me of a number of things to consider during my “raised veggie bed” project.

Door to door, this is probably one of the furthest hardware stores from my house, yet moving forward this will be the only hardware store I frequent. Thank you Dave M.
