Took my car in for the first time for an interior 2 clean and wasn’t sure what to expect but was Wildly impressed not just with the amazing work they did with my car that made me feel like I was driving a brand new car but also the friendly customer service they provided. Will definitely be coming again and will be recommending to other people.

You will never see your vehicle as clean as the day you bought it....unless you take it to Nick's! A thorough cleaning is well worth it in my books. Got complimented on my "brand new" ten year old vehicle after a detail from Nick's.

Had an Interior 2 package done to my car today. Nick did a great job for a great price! Look forward to bringing my car there again in the future!

UPDATE: Nick himself called me to apologize about my experience. He was very polite and helpful. They took my vehicle back and made it beautiful! I am absolutely happy with how the vehicle turned out this time. He went above and beyond to make it right and it's very much appreciated.

I brought my car there after my kid had it for about 1.5 years and it was a MESS! I chose the Furious Wash which is 199.99+taxes. This includes a good detailing, shampooing of seats and exterior wash. It definitely looks a lot better than it did BUT.... it looked like they wiped everything down with oil. I can literally wipe it off with my fingers and my cup holder isn't even clean. I dropped my car off at 9AM and they were still shampooing the seats at 430??? Maybe start that in the morning so they dry? My biggest suggestion to them would be don't charge 199 + taxes + shop fees??? For 200.00 shop fees should be included OR just put it all in one price. I budgeted for about 225.00 and it came out to 248.00. Not cool. Yes my car looks better (not 248.00 better but better), no I was not 100% satisfied. No, I would not go back. Yes, the picture shown is AFTER they cleaned. You can see the oily substances in the picture too.

Nick was absolutely amazing! I brought him & his team the impossible job of cleaning spray paint off my car doors and they did the most amazing job at an absolutely incredible price!!

I’ve recently moved to Portage & this was truly the most warm welcome I could’ve asked for. Not only are they amazing at their job, but they were hospitable & welcoming. :)
