  Really friendly. My hubby and I went close to closing time and everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Amanada in Finance is very down to earth, funny and accommodating. We bought a truck that very night!

  Most of my service appointments go well, there have been a few times I've had to wait longer than expected. The staff are good for the most part, helpful and friendly, today my truck was in for an oil change, it took approximately 3 hours, but they gave me a free wash for the inconvenience which was nice.

  Parts dept. seems organized, professional, willing to help me order what I needed and supplied diagrams when needed. Prices were reasonable for most items and they had pretty much everything in stock, or a day away.
  
  Service department seemed a bit disorganized and had a lack of information and communication. I was told I needed to book an appointment to bring my car in for a recall. I brought the car in as scheduled, the service advisor then told me I didn't even need to bring the car inside, they just needed the key. I asked him if I needed to have the appointment in the first place. He told me I did not require an appointment for this procedure as it is so quick to carry out. I wasted fuel and a lot of my time having to make a separate trip into the city to have this done when I could have just done it at my leisure when I was in the area. It would have been nice if the service advisor had advised me of this when I asked to have the work done in the first place.
