I had a very positive experience at Crown Acura. Everyone on my team were wonderful.
My husband is wheelchair bound and they were very helpful with that since there is no proper ramps to get over the curbs from the road to sidewalk

The staff are always helpful, friendly and professional. You are made to feel welcome here and treated like family. Dennis, Stephen and Kevin have helped and gone above and beyond my expectations in the past, and now Chris continues this same level of service. I am treated just as well when I am not buying anything but only need a question answered. I have bought two cars here, and my next will be here too.

From the beginning to the end it was my best experience of any dealership .
The service writer was pleasant courteous and efficient. I received a copy of the work order on my iPhone right away and completion advise when done.Everything was on time and well done . Waiting was easy with access to wifi.They even washed my car. Bagged my tires in good plastic bags.
The place was clean and had an aura of customer care . I had actually taken my Mercedes to this garage .The rating here would be 10 vs 3 for Mercedes. They have frequently tried to fleece me . At Acura there was no idle salesmen harassing me .
I had previously changed to seasonal tires at Costco. They are busy but you get a feeling of rushed non personal care .
You should teach people customer care !

The experience of my first ever visit to Crown Acura, Winnipeg had been excellent. Dennis Konzelman who was assigned to me did an outstanding job with advance preparations (such as ordering anticipated parts), carefully noting down all my concerns, making sure that each and every work is properly taken care of. He gave some very useful suggestions and made sure that I get my car back on time. I found Dennis, very professional and respectful with a personal approach that relaxes the client. I highly recommend Dennis and Crown Acura to all Acura customers.
