Always excellent food and warm and friendly service. Have been coming here for the last 20 years since they were on Ellice av. From combo platters, the three cheese enchilada, the burrito poderoso, papusas to the merangue dessert, I can’t say what is my favourite,, because I love it all!!

Our go to Mexican food. Poderoso's and Burrito's are amazing! The service is wonderful too!

This is a lovely find. Food was fantastic. The waiter explained the menus for us as it was our first experience at this restaurant. Four of us tried various things and all were very tasty. I would highly recommend this place but would make a reservation to ensure you could get a table.

La Fiesta Cafecito is an awesome place to eat if you've got some time to chill out over dinner. The for is made to order so be prepared to wait a while but it's worth it. First off, make sure you make a reservation. The restaurant is small and busy on weekends. The food is more authentic than North American. Try one of the combo platters to get a broader taste of the menu. The place is family run, so sometimes you see younger extended family helping out ;) The patriarch (grandfather and owner) will sometimes dress up in a formal/cultural El Salvadorian garb and go table to table and sing Spanish slings with his guitar. I think he's awesome but some patrons get self-conscious with all the added attention.

Authentic Salvadorian cuisine with many vegan and vegetarian options! Different days of the week have different specials. The owners are quite friendly. My favorite are the black bean pupusas with salsa and curtido. This place used to supply Mondragon with Corn Tamales and Bean Pupusas back when it existed.
