The Alliance is not only a high quality language school with very high teaching standards. This is also a place to meet people, to enjoy culture (most of time cultural activities are free), and sometimes even a good glass of wine! They also have a very good Francophone movie collection. Highly recommend — go check their events, it’s worth it.

The teachers are very entertaining, encouraging and experienced. They are all native French and were able to share their fundamental French culture with us. I felt so motivated in class. I highly recommend learning French at the Alliance Française. Merci beaucoup!!

Alliance has welcomed me with open arms and connected me into the francophone community in a way I didn't know was possible. The cultural events are an amazing way to link into a vibrant community and learn the language through experience. The director and diverse staff are genuinely passionate about sharing the French language and supporting the cultural scene in Winnipeg.
