The Whole Package

Leah provides beyond wonderful customer service. I am getting this shipped to Ontario and she cared enough to replace items she believed would not be suitable for such a delivery. I have yet to receive my package but have been so impressed by the courtesy provided that I couldn't wait to leave a review!

Honestly, if you're in need of a gift quickly and have no idea what to get, I recommend you go with The Whole Package. I had an amazing experience with this company. I arranged a donation on behalf of my workplace for a Senior Veterans event, and I came across The Whole Package on google. I didn't have any specific ideas in mind for what should go in the basket but I wanted it to look sophisticated yet comforting. Leah, the owner, came up with so many brilliant suggestions that I would never have been able to come up with myself, especially considering the demographic I was targeting. So many other places I checked out, like Costco and Amazon, didn't have anything nice enough for the price I was looking for, but Leah worked within my budget and came up with a beautifully customized basket. I asked her to add a few of my company's items as well that had our logo on it, and she somehow worked them in as if they were part of her plan all along. I was so impressed with the result! The organizer of the Senior Veterans' event was very pleased, which made my boss pretty pleased, and it made me happy that I stumbled upon The Whole Package. Highly recommend!

I'm so impressed by the level of experience and dedication that Leah has shown to me. I was very unsure of what types of baskets I should buy and I was met with kindness and experience. I was so amazed by the basket that was created for me which was so different than your standard basket. I will recommend this business to anyone, as the owner is so adept at creating a product that exactly fits the situation. I also was so impressed by the customer service. Leah was so lovely to work with and did whatever she could to make less work for me. Fantastic experience in general!
