  Well, if you don't like juice heads, posers and women that plaster on makeup prior to working out etc then you might enjoy anytime... there are a few challenges, the parking lot is very cramped as it shares it with multiple businesses in the complex. The gym itself is ok.. there's not enough equipment though - one set of dumbbells, (meaning no duplicates) there is only one squat rack that doubles as a bench press area.. there's no formal change room, but there are multiple washrooms with showers... as mentioned the clientele is more down to earth and it's very close to my home - that's the main reason I joined.

  Wish that the "out of order" machines would be fixed quicker. Would like non-incline elliptical machines.
