(January 27, 2019, 12:09 pm)I only needed a battery change in a heart rate monitor for which I didnt have the tool to remove the back of the device. I left it and was called the next day. All done. New battery. Excellent service and very reasonable price. I felt I was treated the same way if I had bought a thousand dollar ring. That's customer service.
