I went in a couple of weeks ago after looking around at a couple other dealerships. Right off the bat, the staff was VERY welcoming and friendly which was more than lacking at at least one of the others that I went to. They were happy to show me a couple of cars that were what I described that I was looking for and had them ready QUICKLY for a test drive. My salesman...the finance guy...and even one other sales woman were all an absolute pleasure to deal, very personable, and made the process enjoyable!!! I received a follow-up call from my salesman a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase, which was appreciated knowing that they don't walk away from the sale and forget you! KUDOS to the staff...I'm glad I came in to River City!

These highly dedicated people have been very helpful over the past years. I’ve taken my truck in for everything from minor oil changes to minor collisions. They have always had a smile on their face and provided excellent service.

My experience was nothing but positive and then some ! Everyone was very friendly and professional and went out of their way to accommodate me. My vehicle was in and out on time and communication between them and myself was excellent. To top it off, when I picked up my vehicle it had been thoroughly cleaned and detailed.
