  I had a great experience. Jack came out and looked my whole system over. He took the main unit overnight and made modifications so it would work MUCH better and be cheaper than buying new. He took the time to explain how to maintain the unit so it will work forever. 6 months later and it is still working just as great. I would highly recommend their services.

  I called Jack and asked if there was any way he could fix my central vacuum system later this afternoon. I ran in the middle of the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when he said he could come round this evening to fix the problem !! Jack came to replace my very old central vacuum system , with a nice new one , which works well . The work was finished that same evening , to my great pleasure and amazement. Very impressed !!

  Awesome service, quick but really thorough! I sent an email request for call to have my central vacuum serviced on my recently purchased house. Jack called back the same day and came out that evening. Brought it back the next day reinstalled and made sure all was in good working order. Will definitely use again. Thanks Jack!

  We have recently moved and needed some repairs/maintenance on the Central Vacuum at our new house. I phoned Tache Vacuum and spoke with Jack. He was able to come out the same afternoon. He explained the problems and the estimated cost to fix it. We had it back less than 48 hours later and it works great! Jack took time to teach me a few tips/tricks to the vacuum and recommended maintenance. Jack is an example of great customer service that leaves you happy with the whole experience.
