  Got to try hot yoga the first time. It was an awesome experience. The room is very warm which I like and the yoga instructor thought us basic to intermediate yoga poses. Started sweating after 15mins of session. Able to stayed the full hour of hot yoga class. Will definitely do it again. Felt good after. Good detox.

  Seated military press rack is absolute garbage, full 24/7 would also be nice. Aside from that no complaints, great gym.

  Very nice gym. Clean, friendly staff, has lots of amenities. The massage chairs and sauna are nice after a long workout. I do wish that the gym was 24/7 instead of just 4. I do my workouts in the early morning and it wrecks my day on day off thing that I enjoyed prior. Overall great gym.

  For me best layout of a Goodlife in Winnipeg. Top notch. If only i loved closer this would be my regular gym
